#101 Add a language tag
Hello,
if I create a forum or a channel, I can enter a topic and a description.
I COULD enter a [GER], (fr) |English| or whatever in the description. But a lot of users don't do this. I found a lot of forums and channels, where neighter the topic nor the description contain any language information. It's not always clear what language for a forum is wanted, after read the message titles too.
Idea:
Add a drop-down-list with languages to the create forum/channel dialog, maybe with an additonal "international" or "all" entry,
Add this information, at least (or maybe a column in the forum/channel list or the tooltip?), to the show forum/channel details dialog.
(I think something like a language tag would be usefull for files too, but I have not idea how this can work)
