#343 cache eats all disk space and can't be configured

I just started using retroshare and the cache is eating all the space in my home directory. I've configure the partial and download dirs to a different disk with lots and lots of space but my home is limited. So after 1.5GB it simply was full.

What is retroshare caching there? Why isn't there an option to limit the cache size or location?

And why doesn't retorshare stop filling up the cache when it detects there is less than 100mb (the configured limit) free on the filesystem? I got the notification for it but it kept filling up the filesystem in the background.
