#1 RMS measure function

Hello,

this is a perfect tool for QA processes
for mobile audio, as it can handle a huge
number of mobile audio formats, which can't
be analyzed with "normal" audio editors like
Soundforge, Wavelab or similar.

What would be really helpful for
analyzing the quality / parameters
of audio files is the overall RMS level,
as "max. peak" values won't tell you about
"how loud" a sound really is.

I would suggest to use RMS (FS Square),
but depends. Some editors / specifications
are using RMF (FS Sine).
FS = Full Scale

The measurement value / result should be
included in the XML which is generated.
