No special drivers should be necessary, if it works on Linux, it should 
work on Windows. It really depends on what exactly you are trying to do.

Can you give me a more complete example of what you are doing? Is the 
output PDF document the same, or are you trying to print the pdf 
document to a printer?

Also what JDK/JRE are you using on Windows & Linux (and the distro). It 
may be something very simple.
