Since this seems to be taking Phil a little longer than
anticipated, I have started something in parallel: there is
now a 'tests' sub-directory. Currently it contains only
'header.xml', but the aim would be to produce a resume, or
resume fragments, which cover the entire schema. The
content is nonsensical---it's significantly easier to make
up a nonsense resume than it is to make a convincing
example. Several schema and stylesheet deficiencies have
already been identified, just by creating tests/header.xml.
We should aim to eventually cover the entire schema.
