DirectX Realtime Restoration: Merry Christmas:-):-):-)

In MingW/console/opengl: release 1.00

A new demo: realtimeRestore1005.zip

A realtime fullscreen display for restoration on Christmas day, under Windows2000. ;-)
The demo is tailored to 32bit screens with 1024x768 size.

Before releasing version1.1, I have tested with success the realtime capacity of OpenPTC which ease the development of DirectX. (support to auto-conversion, easy palette building, ...)

The demo supports very large images(max 4096)
Realtime is achieved with 256 and 512.(All results displayed in 32 bits, with clipping)

Images are in grey and color24bits. Grey images support pseudo-color palettes.

Fast technology is demonstrated in progressive mode:
- Fast AOS Perona restoration
- IIR blurring & Lod Heat flow
- IIR Gabor in rotation(try on moon.tif and rudi6.jpg)
- New Distance based Fast Restorations: Heat, Perona
- Proximity shock/diffusion(Prefer details)

Saving on fly to tiff, included, see rtf readme!

My demos are tailored on Pentium III/500Mhz, 128MRam, 8MRam display, 1024x768x32bit screen.
Operation looks realtime with 512 images. If you use new PIVs & new displays, you may be even more lucky. :-)

Demo source is included, to get a first idea.
Sources are coming soon in 1.1,

Merry Christmas,
Bernard :-)
