[Rest2web-develop] Very unofficial repository for rest2web

Until the time that Michael has time to set up a new repository for rest2web,
I have created a Fossil one at
http://chiselapp.com/user/richieadler/repository/rest2web/, with links to the
version 0.5.1 and 0.5.2-alpha for those who might need one or the other (of
course, the alpha corrects some bugs and adds functionality, so I guess that
should be the preferred one).

Michael, are you OK with this? Let me know if I can keep this repo or do you
want to set another one yourself.
