A new category of data should be added. Interviews.
In interviews data can be captured in a rich text editor (it is possible to save it at any time. An interview can then be linked to n requirements. In the interview text requirements can be referenced by number.
Interviews can be searched and filtered.

    An interview can be free style or be a list of questions.
    The questions can be edited with rich text.

    The answers too.

    It is possible to make the same interview with different people.
    The names and dates are stored as well. As are all answers.

    I don't see, how the referencing to requirements is done? Is it a given syntax?
    e.g. #123312 or ##a texts## creates a new one (and replaces it with the id in the form of #123311

    The requirement should contain a link to the interview (by it's ID). The link should not only go to the interview, but to the right answer set. I guess the numbers should be 12333.001 with 001 meaning to be the 1. conducted interview.
