The question for repli-miniroot suggests only "http://" and "file:/"
URLs are allowed to access a Debian mirror.
I tested, and it allows too "ftp://" at least. I guess it allows any
debootstrap-supported method. I looked in the manpage of debootstrap,
but it indicates exactly the same as repli-miniroot, while it allows
actually more than that, but don't know where to look.
I suspect debootstrap uses wget, so it should accept at least the same
methods.

Also, the "file:/" is wrong, as said in DBTS #226662.
