[Replicator-users] Bug: $debian_version mandatory

In Replicator 3.0, the configuration file replicator.conf says the
following:
"""
#comment out to let replicator guess for you
                                                                               $debian_version=3.0;
"""
If you comment out, repli-miniroot fails because $debian_version is not
defined.
