At the very least, it needs an updated README.  Preferably, some real
docs.

Also, the current source can be compiled to work with a 4500 *or* a
4000, but not both -- either that should be fixed, or the release
should wait till the 4000s start getting updated, I think.

SB customer service has been saying 2-3 weeks.  They need to do it
pretty soon to keep from annoying too many customers -- right now,
4000s and 4500s can't stream to each other.

I'll mail you separately a zipfile of the current CVS tree.

I figured out how to release files once, but I've since forgotten.
