one of the regular criticisms of RepBot in the past was that it's a 
popularity competition. also, it's reputation metric is intended as 
just a guide not as a specific measurement with real meaning. so these 
factors have lead towards the programmers feeling that it's not 
appropriate to publish specific "best" and "worst" lists. however, you 
can find the list of worst droppers as directly recorded by the FIBS 
server:

however, that is just a recording of incomplete matches without any 
opinion, so it's not so reliable. for example, i'd say that santaclaus 
is a friendly player and not a dropper -- though unfortunately he has 
27 saved games!
