Dear Gulyas, Thank you for your response. First of all, I clarify my question more. I use DataRecorder in GUI and Batch modes to store information and write the data into files. I know I can write data from OpenSequenceGraph, but this is only in GUI mode and not Batch mode. Therefore, I use OpenSequenceGraph in GUI mode to store information and draw graphs and write the data, and use DataRecorder in Batch mode to store information and to write the data. I think this is a bit inefficient since I have to write similar codes twice to record data for GUI and Batch modes. So, I would like to know if there is a unified approach to record data in Batch (write) and GUI (write / draw). Gulyas, if you actually use DataRecorder for this purpose, I would like to know about your approach further. I am sorry if my question is too primitive since I just started using DataRecorder and OpenSequenceGraph.
