Hopefully, someone with more repast gis knowledge can add to this, but I think you need to do this manually. It should be fairly easy to iterate over the RasterSpace and use getValueAt to get the value at a particular x,y coordinate. Then write that coordinate to a file. I don't think the ESRI ASCII grid format is very complicated.
