We are currently in the process of updating the Geotools libraries for the next release.  Unfortunately this is not a straightforward process because the GeoTools API has been radically changed.  If you want to attempt this, you would need to make significant changes to Repast code in r.s.core and r.s.visualization to be compatible with the latest Geotools API.

Hi,

I'm looking for some basic assistance.  I am trying to update geotools in repast simphony.  Simphony has version 2.3 but geotools (and most of the documentation) is well past this release.  I have been unable to overwrite the existing or to use Maven to update.  Any ideas?
