Summary: Templates not working in VS.NET 2005

Initial Comment:
When trying to add a new item (i.e. class) of all 
Repast types (e.g. Repast model, Repast Netork Agent, 
etc.) I get the error "Invalid at the top of the 
document". Nothing is created.

I am using Visual Studio 2005 on a Windows XP machine.
