Reinitializing the model (after finishing one run)
blocks RePast 3.1 if the setup method in the model
class calls System.out.println().

This might have something to do with the updated Console code that I 
wrote this summer. Someone else incorporated it into Repast though - I 
don't remember who.

I also observe this.  Note that this is a new bug- the same
model run under 3.0 reinitialises ok.
