Initial Comment:
Bug Report from Zhu, Mengxiao.

When you export the DL file of the network, the format
of that DL file is not correct. It works only for
Pajek. DL file requested by NetDraw requires it begin
with "DL".

Suggestion: You can just put DL in the first line and
all the other data after the matrix of network.
