Summary: Bad links on RePast project page

Initial Comment:
Most, or all, links on repast.sf.net linking to the API
documentation are broken. Instead of pointing to
http://repast.sourceforge.net/doc/package/class they
point to
http://repast.sourceforge.net/api.package/class which
returns a 404 error.

Having those links fixed would be great.

The website's links have been fixed using Macromedia
Homesite's link checking tools.  If anyone finds any broken
links again please update this bug report.
