[Repast-developer] Evo-esque

I am in search of a framework that includes the genetic operators, in
which my agents could evolve more or less of certain traits (those I
allow to vary) - something like the "Evo" framework developed for
Swarm. Is there such a thing within RePast (or otherwise)?
