[Repast-developer] [ot] New Site up for my jelly stuff.

I've been working on a new site for my jelly related stuff on 
sourceforge, you can check it out at the link below, it's built using a 
tool called Maven from Apache, it generates all the source documentation 
in several different formats. I'm getting ready for another release 
later this week. Primarily, it is mostly changes in documentation, which 
I've been trying to do alot more of lately.

The coolest things to checkout are the Taglibrary generation and Project 
Info/Reporting Sections.
