[Repast-developer] simbuilder bug

Hi,

There's a bug in simbuilder that effects some projects built from
scratch but not the sample projects. We'll have new distributions up
soon, but for now the work around is to set the project component's
class path property to "." (minus the quotes, of course).

Ugh.
