[Repast-developer] CVS branch done

Hi,

I've branched CVS. The new branch is called rel-1-X. This means y'all
(except Mike) should do a "cvs update -r rel-1-X ." from the top of your
repast source tree. You can also move this directory to within some
other directory like repast-1X or whatever, in order to avoid confusion
with 2.0. 

Once you've done the update as described above, your working copy will
be tied to the rel-1-X branch. Please don't commit anything until you've
done this update!
