[Repast-developer] cvs restructuring

Hi,

Can y'all (actually I suppose this applies just to Tom) commit any code
you've been working on to the tree, and don't make anymore changes until
I'm done restructuring cvs.

Let me know when you've done your commits and I'll begin then. Once I'm
finished I'll let you know.
