Hi Michael, Thanks for your time, but I really need to get going on this project. Is this bug going to be a hinderance or are there ways around it, e.g. specifying the behaviour in the .groovy file? If not I will attempt the Windows installation instead. Thanks, Liam I'm using the Eclipse plugin in Linux. I found a solution elsewhere recommending: "The import statement "import static repast.simphony.essentials.RepastEssentials.*" prevents Groovy from generating the class-File. After removing the static-keyword it works for me. Note: After deleting "static" and before building you should uncheck "Repast Simphony Agent Build" in "Builders" in the project settings - otherwise your editing is overwritten by the repast builder." But this did not seem to change anything. Thanks.
