#1 source distribution bug/request

Please release your source distribution in a way that is more friendly for supporting your very well done extension.

For example.
Your zip for version 1.01 I would recommend to have RemoveProtectedContent-1.01.zip as the distributed source file.
When the contents are unzipped, you have a directory named RemoveProtectedContent-1.01
In this directory are all of the files for this source code version are found inside.

All versions should follow suit as previously described, and a table of version to version should either be on the MediaWiki page or in your source for each distributed zip file.

1.01 = 1.16 MediaWii
1.00 = 1.15 MediaWiki

Having all content in separate directories based on the media wiki version, and inside that are the exact same name zip files is very confusing to support from a development point-of-view.

Please reconsider. Attached is an example of this.
