Installed Remote Calendars with all prerequisites - all ok.
Running Outlook in normal window results in the toolbar working perfectly with successful subscriptions to 1/2 a dozen calendars.
However, when running Outlook in minimized, bringing the window to the foreground later-on, the toolbar appears but without any buttons. In this scenario, a window minimize/restore operation will result in Outlook crashing.
This bug is 100% repeatable.
