Note this problem causes an abort and hence nothing can be done to remove RC..

Work around..
1. Run setup
2. Select repair.
3. Run uninstall.

Note, the uninstall also does NOT remove the addin buttons ..
Beware installing this program, as it appears to be just beta code..
