#11 REML shopping list support

Add a shopping list element that has as its children
ingredient elements. I suppose the shopping list would
be a child of the REML root, following the menu
children. The quantity purchased is really independent
of any recipe. Software could allow a user to click on a
recipe and say, I need to buy those, but an independent
list is needed.
