Sorry for the (ultra) slow response.. havn't checked this project page in a while.
Anyway, one of the goals of this little project was to create something ultra simple. Things like recurring events quickly make things complicated both in the interface and in general functionality (especially because then you are also going to want remember to store events permanently.. and so on). What I really wrote this app to be was an ultra quick way to set a reminder on the spot.
Things like recurring events and such are definitely good features, but in my opinion are out of the scope of this app. For things like that id use a more powerful tool.. like one of the many calendar/personal organizer type apps.
