#12 Firefox extension 0.9.2 errors on install

Just installed Relaxed the HTML Validator version 0.92 on Firefox Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11) Gecko/20071204 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.11 and Firebug reports '3 Errors':

Toolbar shows error icon and text: "Unattainable".

Right-click on toolbar shows menu, which seems functional.

Update: Toolbar icon now shows red circled 'x' icon and text: '1 fatal error'.

On some occasions (~ 1 out of 10), right click on toolbar, now labelled, '1 fatal error', produces:
"Relaxed" the HTML validator" and ten lines of text:
