The stepper window now has two buttons named "Phrase" and "lexical Item" which come directly after the input sentence component. These buttons parse sentences ot words.
Under the text area are the other buttons placed.

The rearrangement looks good, but there is a big problem when the user resizes the window...everything becomes unreadable and messy. This probably has to do with the text input bar being a fixed width and buttons having dynamic sizes. I think that this window should have a minimum fixed width, where all buttons and the text bar are visible. The user can enlarge the window, but they cannot shrink it. I've also made a note on this in the Button size bug.
Also, there should be more space between the top row (the input bar + 2 buttons) and the bottom row (the second row of buttons). There should also be more space around the text bar.

I have redone the layout with more space. However when I resize the window buttons and textfield are resized as well. I will get this bug ower to you and downgrade it as it is now fixed so the students can use it easier which was the main problem.
