#164 EFI Shell 'help' command scrolls over

For some reason, the screen size the EFI shell uses is too small to display whole contents of 'help' output. If there could be a pager implemented, just some -more- promot, then it would be much better, This way I can not see what the first half of the output was,

This one is easy to handle. Just redirect the output to a file and open the file in editor. This will also let you see any info past the last column.

"help -b" is your friend. Most EFI Shell commands support that flag to turn on paging output.
