The Referral Database / News: Recent posts

Numerous bugfixes and enhancements have been completed. With the new PDF generation tool, a hardcopy of the database can be printed for offline use.
The Referral Database if free Information and Referral Software that connects people to community resources and human service organizations by providing an intuitive user interface and database to store and access information about agencies. It is free, web based, and written in PHP & MySQL. This software is provided free of cost to help reach agencies who lack comfortable budgets.

The search function now works with MySQL 4.

Version 1.1 contains updates for user interface features. The search function still only works with MySQL 3.x.x versions, we are currently working on an update for MySQL 4.

The Referral Database is looking for people to help with development. Please email glassjos@msu.edu if you are interested in helping a project that can save non-profit organizations substantial amounts of money!

For those of you who downloaded version 1.0 prior to 4/20/03, it has been re-released to fix errors in the MySQL import files.
