#43 Make sure RESOURCES isn't in JOURNALs

In Net::ICal::ETJ, we need to make sure that the
RESOURCES property is ignored for Journals, because
it's irrelevant to them.

We should probably implement some sort of restriction
table validation in ETJ--- that'll handle lots of the
bugs related to properties that show up in one but not
in the other two.
