#14 Support for XLD4 japanese images (PC-98)

In case you're interested, there's another Japanese image file format called XLD4 that uses the .Q4 and .Q4D extensions. The Q4 file is the bitmap image itself, and the Q4D file contains a text description.

I attached here many sample images and the source code of the q4toppm utility. Since the rights of the code seem to be reserved, it will probably be best to look at this source for educational purposes only.
