[ros-kernel] FreeLoader builds and works!

Hi!

I have to apologise for the trouble I might have caused!

After downloading and installing the latest DJGPP, FreeLoader builds without
causing any problems. But it is important to note that you cannot build
FreeLoader using cmd. DJGPP wants command.com to run well.
