Ok, good - I'm glad that's not the problem. ;-) I don't think it is a
problem with switching to and from protected mode then. I did a lot of
work on those two functions that you say are hanging, so I probably
broke something. The problem is that I cannot reproduce this on any of
my machines. What computer model are you running on?
