RE: [ros-kernel] Final module movements

The wine rpcrt4 needs a lot of work. I cannot build it at current do to
unixisms when dealing with time. Also psapi might be hard because in
wine it makes a direct WINEserver call rather then via a ntdll
interface. We will need to submit patches for both of these at some
point. Right now though I am to busy with the win16/32 seperation stuff
in winmm, comdlg32 and a few other places.
