Moving win32k.sys to drivers/ sounds good. But can gdi32 and user32
please also stay in the reactos module. The reason is that some
subsystem designers may wish to use these for their GUI. Since they
are mostly just forwarding calls to win32k, they shouldn't take up
too much space.
