What about a compromise like this one: the win32 module won't be on 
its own module, but will replace the reactos/subsys subtree in the 
reactos module? I agreed with David that Win32 and NTOS are related, 
but I still like having any Win32 piece in a proper subtree and not 
scattered in the kernel module.
