You can blow this away compleately. Rosapps/edit has the same code that
actualy works, just not as a dll. I am not interested in trying to work
with it at this point.

Reactos/apps/tests can also be blown away. These were some tests I
ported from WINE and will no longer matter once we have the WINE
regression test suite.
