"we" didn't decide, Casper did. The others accepted for lack of better 
ideas, or they just don't seem to follow the discussions anymore. Speaking 
of myself, despite I really care for ReactOS, I chose not to comment 
anymore on the topic. I'm losing interest in this sort of things
