IMO, we should create two more subdirectories in 'apps', 'apps/testapps' and
'apps/utils'. 'apps/testapps' will contain the test applications from the
'apps' directory, for example 'hello' or 'mutex'. 'apps/utils' will contain
useful utilities for developers like 'objdir' or 'partinfo'.

The 'services' directory should become the location for user-mode services,
like rpcss and eventlog.
