[ros-kernel]FreeLoader Updates

I have just committed an update to FreeLoader. There were some problems
that prevented it from booting, but it is now working for me. In order
to use the latest version you will have to recompile and run the
installer because I have heavily modified the boot sector code and the
old code is incompatible. Also keep in mind that the latest version uses
the semicolon ';' as the comment character in the freeldr.ini file.
