[ros-kernel] windres help

I don't know enough about windres or resource scripts to make this work, so 
maybe someone else could help me.  I'm trying to compile that spy++ clone 
someone mentioned, but it was meant to work in VC, and windres pukes on 
it.  Could someone make it work with windres?
