[ros-kernel] Bugs was RE: AW: Bug Report - Self Hosted

Is there anyway we can track the bugs that have to be implemented for
backward compatiblity? It would be nice if there was a way once ROS is a
working and stable OS to rebuild the system without bug compatiblity.

No idea... afaik, this is a bug, CR shouldn't be removed from file 
names.  If we must also implement this bug, I'd say it should be done in

kernel32.
