ReactOS build system ------------------------------------------------

Works great except it cant parse release date

depends: 
seems to work but didnt have time to fully test

mkconfig:
seems to work but didnt have time to fully test

r* commands:
they work but will hang and not exit.



Mingw ---------------------------------------------------------------

make.exe
Errors then make bitches about not being able to find any makefiles even if
I'm in a directory with make files.
