Yes, I'll build new binutils and gcc packages and submit them to
sourceforge. Unfortunately, there are still a few bugs in ld that keep Danny
Smith from releasing a new mingw with fastcall support. :-(

Although I build the c++ compiler, c++.exe and g++.exe are missing. That's
strange. :-/
