[ros-kernel] reactos/subsys/psx question

This is the ReactOS lib to translate X11 to win32 calls right? 
I see that we've got psxss and psx psxss is whats going to be the posix
subsystem right? 

If no one is working on the X11 to Win32 part I will go ahead and start
implementing it.
